When setting up your tenancy, you will be given the opportunity to add additional popular clauses that landlords decide to include such as; adding a break clause, professional cleaning at the end of tenancy, no pet clauses and many more.
Should you have clauses that you may wish to add, your ARLA Qualified Account Manager will be able to help and advise you on including them into your AST based on them being fair, legal, valid and permissible.
