We recommend providing up to a minimum of 5 days for the tenancy set up process to give both you and the tenant ample time to review the agreement and arrange for any funds to be transferred.
With our Tenant Sign Up Service, once you have provided us with key details relating to your tenancy, we’ll immediately send out a Draft AST for you to review and approve. Should there not be any changes required, once you have approved the AST, we’ll send a copy to the tenant to review.
