Can I start my tenancy agreement before I get my tenant to speed up the process?

As tenancy preferences may vary based on the tenants you have chosen, we recommend to start the tenancy set up process once you have full confirmation and acceptance that the tenants chosen have passed referencing.

By starting the process prematurely can end up leading to delays when tenants have been found and conditions changing that may have previously be selected.
