Depends - Our ARLA qualified and certified AST includes the main and necessary clauses within the AST created. Landlords are able to request for further clauses to be inserted into the AST permitting they are fair, reasonable and legal.
Once you have received your Draft AST, should you not be satisfied and wish to request additional clauses you can decline this document where you'll be provided with the opportunity to make note of the requested changes and clauses you'd like.
These will be reviewed by the Upad Landlord Team. If there are any issues you will be contacted and explained the viability of clauses.
