If you had set up your original tenancy via Upad through our Tenant Sign Up Service, we are able to help with the renewal of your tenancy for you also.

Typically we'll have contacted you 2 months' prior to the end of your tenancy via e-mail to confirm how you'd like to proceed through our End of Tenancy service. 

You'll then be able to mark that you wish to renew your tenancy, whereby one of the Upad Customer Care Team will follow up to contact you in arranging the tenancy renewal. 

Alternatively, you are able to contact the Customer Care Team on 0333 240 1220 where we'll be able to kick off the tenancy renewal process.
