Unlike High Street Agents, we do not charge a letting renewal fee should the tenants wish to extend their tenancy in your property. Should you set up your tenancy with Upad, we can assist with creating the renewal tenancy agreement and updating the deposit registration for a nominal administrative fee of £72 (Inc VAT). You’ll also have the opportunity to update any terms within the renewal tenancy such as, increase of rent and break clauses.
