Unlike High Street Agents, we do not charge a letting renewal fee should the tenants wish to extend their tenancy in your property. Should you set up your tenancy with Upad, we can assist with creating the renewal tenancy agreement and updating the deposit registration for a nominal administrative fee of £72 (Inc VAT).
