How do I find the EPC for my property?

You are able to find a copy of your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) via the EPC Register.

Simply search with your property postcode and you'll be able to see if there is a valid EPC for your property. You'll be able to download a PDF copy of your EPC and upload it to your property listing.
