In most cases, landlords will stipulate within the AST (Tenancy Agreement) that the tenant is responsible for the Inventory Check Out.
If you did arrange the original Inventory Make report at the start of your tenancy with Upad, you can request your tenant to contact Upad to make the payment for the Inventory Check Out.
Alternatively, you as the landlord can make payment for the Inventory Check Out and consider it as a deduction from the Tenancy Deposit at the end of the tenancy.
