An Inventory Report is professionally and independently created by a qualified clerk. You can have the assurance that the accuracy and quality of the report is done in accordance with industry standards. 

However, in some cases you may wish to an additional comment to be made; for example, for an area of the house that isn't commonly part of an Inventory report. If you do wish to request an amendment, please contact Upad where we can help you liaise with the Inventory Clerks to see if it can be viable and permissible to include the amendments.
