Should you have set up your tenancy with Upad using our Tenant Sign Up Service, we'll look to contact you 2 months' prior to the end of your tenancy to check in to see how you'd like to proceed with your current tenancy.
You will receive an e-mail from Upad where we'll ask you to confirm your intentions relating to the tenancy. Please select 'Renew the Tenancy' from the dropdown options provided on the End of Tenancy page.
Once you have submitted your instruction, a member from our Upad Landlord Team will be in contact with you to arrange the Tenancy Renewal with you.
Alternatively, you are able to contact Upad on 0333 240 1220 where we can make note of your instruction and go forward with the tenancy renewal.
