My tenants haven’t yet signed the Tenancy Compliance Service document, should I be concerned?
Should the tenant not sign the Tenancy Compliance Service document with 28 days, we’ll auto mark that the document has been sent to the tenant so you can rest assured it has been delivered as part of your obligation as a landlord.
You can also download a copy of the document via the Tenancy Compliance Service section under the Details Tab for your own records and if you wish to manually send this to the tenants yourself.
