In some cases, your photos may appear in the incorrect orientation. You can continue with your property listing as each property listing that comes through to Upad is reviewed by our Customer Care Team and adjusted accordingly, fixing any errors including the photos before it is posted on the property portals.


Alternatively, you can use an image editing tool such as Paint (PC) or Preview (Mac) and upload the photo once again. 


This issue is largely down to how the photos were taken, typically on smartphones. While the photos look in the right view on your phone, the image file itself is registering the orientation differently.
