If you've just created a new Upad account or are logging in from a different location/device you'll be required to verify your login.
This is part of our security measures to make sure your personal details are kept secure.
1) When you do login to your Upad account, you'll see a verification message.
2) You will have received an e-mail from Upad asking you to verify your account. Please click on this link, which will redirect you back to your Upad account and provide you with a confirmation message that your Upad account and device has now been verified.
In some cases, we have found users are asked to verify their account more than once. This can typically be down to your browser being kept in Private Browsing/Incognito Mode. Please make sure you are out of this setting on your device and you should not experience this issue moving forward.
