Prior to the start of the tenancy, as part of your landlord obligations you are required to provide the following key documents:
- A copy of the How To Rent Guide.
- A copy of the EPC.
- A copy of the Gas Safety Certificate.
- A copy of the Deposit Registration Certificate & Prescribed Information.
Failure to do so can result in repossession orders being invalidated and in some cases penalties and fines.
