A landlord can view their Tenant Enquiries via the Enquiries Console which can be accessed when they are logged into their Upad account.
1) Login to your Upad account via www.upad.co.uk/login
2) You will be taken to your Property Console
3) Click on the "Info Tab" and then Enquiries, under the property that you wish to view your tenant enquiries for.
4) You will now be taken to the Enquiries Console where you'll be able to view the tenant enquiries you've received for your property.
On the Enquiries Console, you'll be able to see the contact details of the enquiries you've received but also Start Referencing with Upad should you wish to proceed with them.
