Your landlord will be required to inform us that the tenancy has now ended and that the tenants have moved out. Once we have received this instruction, we will be in contact with the lead tenant of the tenancy to proceed further with the deposit release and request the respective bank details to return the deposit to.

Please double check with your landlord to assess if they have instructed Upad to release the deposit before contacting us. You will have received an e-mail instruction should the process have been instructed by the landlord.
