Once you have purchased your advertising package and have instructed for your property listing to go live, one of the members within the Upad Landlord Team will review your property listing just to make sure it ticks all the right boxes before approving it to go live onto the property portals.
Properties typically appear on the property portals within 2-3 hours of the instruction being received, however can end up going live the following morning for instructions received outside of office hours.
